Resilience is the capacity of an individual and the organization made of those very individuals to recover quickly from difficulties and toughness. After being bent, compressed, or stretched by situations, our mental elasticity (determination and discipline) should provide the ability to recover readily from illness, depression, adversity. Resilience requires mental buoyancy. The determination shall spring CUNIXians back into shape in a very short time. Individuals working with CUNIX are expected to quickly move on and try more methods after meeting failure or facing difficulties. CUNIX values “fail first, fail fast” (means we are not afraid of failing the first time or failing earlier/faster, as, after failure, we learn and succeed faster).
Learning is the process of acquiring new or modifying existing, knowledge, skills, traits, behaviours, values, preferences, perspectives and decisions. Speed to a decision is the speed of growth. CUNIX values to be a place where individuals develop themselves with committing themselves to continuous learning and its application. True Learning changes one’s belief about himself and the environment.
Innovation is a new idea, creative thoughts and new imagination. It is viewed as the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, unarticulated needs, or existing market needs. VUCA environment throws many challenges which need intense idea creation of → application → transformation. CUNIX needs to move from transactional to transformational behaviour. We shall learn and imbibe a culture that promotes and inspires innovative ideas and application.
